Eric Beale, credentials:
•NCIS Technical Operator
•Can understand and perform sign language
•Talented hacker who can get into most types of computer files and electronic equipment
•"Eyes of the team" (often accesses traffic cameras to locate/follow perpetrators)
•Skilled at repairing and recovering information from damaged electronics
•"Fastest tracker in the West" (can trace coordinates/locations with uncanny speed)
•Maintains constant information updates between the OPS center and field agents
•Somewhat "childlike" personality but genuinely intelligent and takes his job seriously

Eric here was a lot of fun to do. I tried to capture his "style" (or lack thereof) as closely as possible and used brighter colors/more patterns than my other pieces to convey his his distinct personality. His glasses were the hardest part since it took so freakin' long to get the size and shape right!
